I got caught up in the tech layoff frenzy of 2023. I have been fighting and fighting and praying and praying through massive exhaustion every day to get back into the workforce. There have been about 5 or 6 times when it felt like things were suddenly going to get fixed…..and then the opportunity whithered away. I remain committed and not giving up, but it’s been very difficult. I just hired a career coach to work alongside me. Every now and then I feel myself losing faith because of how long it’s been, but I don’t want to turn my back on him. I hope to be back on my feet in the next few months. Please pray for me, and that the coach and I work well together, and that I land a good job in the next few months.
