Dear friends-in-Christ,

So many good things have been happening in my life recently, and I cannot explain any of them because they have all been “God Things”; Miracles. In a nutshell, I was in a very selfish frame of mind, expected everybody to befriend me instead of me reaching out, even though I have high-functioning autism. But God “flipped a switch” in my mind and all I ever think of these days is serving others. It’s a great foundation on which to build a platonic friendship with a lady and evolving into intimacy. Over the past few days, I couldn’t believe it when all I wanted to do was switch on worship music, make a hobby out of loading up songs on my Tidal playlist and just sing the day away to my favorite songs! And yesterday, when I was driving home, I started to play my usual secular music such as Erasure etc. but I actually missed my worship music so much that I switched back to it and sang all the way home. Singing in the shower too!

So, it seems like all the signs are there: I’m sure God would have me get married. Because at the start of 2026 and ending around the middle of April when God worked His Miracle(s), I was in no frame of mind to pursue marriage. It would not have worked. You don’t get married in order to get something out of your spouse. You get married because 1) God picked her just for you, and 2) pour value and God’s Love into HER life, not vice versa. Love, not greed, is the answer to a life-long marriage.

So friends, please pray that, in God’s Timing, I would get married. I’m going to be 51 in September. There is a lady that a friend of mine at church mentioned and I’ve been told that she’s a teacher in the field of computing (I’m a PC Technician so I think we’d get along just fine) and she said while addressing my friend and other ladies in public that she would’ve liked to have been married by now with kids but is trusting God to see to that. So it’s clear that she desires marriage but maybe God has kept her single till she meets me. She may not be my future wife but God’s Timing is perfect and all the signs are there that we could be compatible.
